Criticism of North Korea's Policy (2) - No reunification under two systems

Unification is the unification of the regime.

One system must collapse.

Germany was able to achieve reunification peacefully because East Germany collapsed first, and Vietnam was achieved by destroying one system by force.

It is a meaningless hope to expect the Korean Peninsula to be unified when there is no collapse of one system.

Many people expect important agreements at the third inter-Korean summit. But this is nonsense.

That's because North Korea can not promise denuclearization over the South during the talks.

If North Korea does, Kim Jong-un will repeat what he said to the South Korean special envoy.

If military threats are cleared and security is ensured,

North Korea's official position is that it has no reason to possess nuclear weapons.

It is denuclearization with North Korean conditions.

And North Korea will want to accept something, and South Korea can not.

Moon Jae-in, the government to examine the blockade of North Korea. However, it is a violation of the U.N. Security Council's North Korea sanctions.

It is impossible to come up with an important agreement when there is nothing to exchange between the two Koreas.

It will only serve as a stepping stone for the North Korea-U.S. summit.

The government's foreign and security line seems to be mainly studying North Korea and full of people watching only North Korea.

But the problem on the Korean Peninsula is a broader one.

And after it look at honestly, it could judge correctly.

Korea could not achieve independence on its own account. So the independence and division were decided by the foreign powers.

Korea's independence was the result of Yalta talks between the leaders of the Allied Powers during World War II, and the division was made when the United States and the Soviet Union separated to disarm the Japanese army.

In the summer of 1950, the Republic of Korea was likely to disappear, but it was revived with the will of the United States.

The North almost disappeared that winter. However, it was saved by China's intervention.

With strong foreign intervention, the division was strengthened and the current ceasefire system was established.

A peaceful unification requires a consensus between the parties that signed the armistice first.

It was the United States, North Korea, and China that signed the armistice agreement.

South Korea did not sign it. In fact, South Korea is not qualified to participate in the negotiations to lift the ceasefire.

Some in the government argue that the two Koreas should declare the end of the war.

But can a country that has not signed a truce declare the end of the war?
